Weather

Kayaking, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing are all-weather sports. OSA cannot ensure perfect weather conditions for your trip and will not refund for cancellations made by participants due to perceived inclement weather. If OSA management cancels a trip due to unsafe or inappropriate weather conditions you will receive a full refund.

Minimum Enrollment

OSA reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment. If your program is canceled for this reason you will have the option of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation 7 or more days in advance: Full refund.
Cancellation 2-6 days in advance: $15 cancellation fee or option to reschedule.
Cancellation 1 day or less in advance: No refund.

Rentals

No rental refunds will be made due to adverse weather conditions or boats/equipment returned early or not used. Additional charges may be assessed due to damage or destruction of boat or equipment.
